This study is testing a brain stimulation treatment (likely transcranial magnetic stimulation or TMS) in children and teenagers (ages 6–18) who have been diagnosed with anxiety or depression and are still experiencing active symptoms. The goal is to find safer and more effective treatments for young people with these conditions. **You may be eligible if...** - You are aged 6–18 years old - You have been diagnosed with anxiety or depression by a qualified medical professional - You are currently experiencing active anxiety or depression symptoms **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have had a severe seizure episode in the last 12 months - You have been hospitalized for a suicide attempt in the past 3 months (unless you are under daily physician supervision) - You have a medical device implanted (e.g., pacemaker) that is not compatible with brain stimulation - Your prescription medications have changed recently - You have other conditions that the study team determines make participation unsafe Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
