This study is testing a financial support program called 'Financial Compass' for people with head and neck cancer who are experiencing financial hardship as a result of their diagnosis and treatment. Cancer-related financial strain is common and can affect treatment adherence and quality of life. The program connects participants with financial counselors and community resources to help manage costs and stress. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with head and neck cancer - You score positive for financial hardship on a validated screening tool (the COST measure) - You are able to participate in English or Spanish **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are unable to complete the informed consent process - Your primary language is not English or Spanish - You are under 18 years of age - You are unable to engage with the financial counseling program due to cognitive or other barriers Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
