This study is exploring whether people receiving a cancer drug called tarlatamab for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer can safely get their treatment at home rather than in a hospital or clinic. The goal is to make care more convenient and comfortable for patients while still being safe and effective. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer - Your doctor has planned for you to receive tarlatamab as your standard treatment - You are 18 or older and in reasonably good overall health (ECOG score less than 2, meaning you can carry out normal activities) - Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges - You have access to reliable at-home support and can be contacted in an emergency **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have untreated or active cancer that has spread to the brain - You have had serious immune-related side effects from previous immunotherapy - You cannot reliably receive care at home or do not have caregiver support - Your general health is too poor to participate Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
