Development and Validation of Microbiota and Metabolite-based Prediction Model for Recurrence of High-risk Colorectal Polyps After Polypectomy

This study is tracking patients after they have had colon polyps removed (polypectomy) to build a model — based on gut bacteria and chemical markers in blood/stool — that can predict who is most likely to develop dangerous polyps again. The goal is to better personalize follow-up colonoscopy schedules. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 40 and 75 years old - You have undergone a colonoscopy that found at least one advanced polyp OR three or more polyps (adenomas) - You are willing to provide stool and blood samples and return for follow-up colonoscopy **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a severe illness that would prevent you from completing follow-up tests - You have a bleeding disorder or other condition making colonoscopy unsafe - You have a history of colorectal cancer or inflammatory bowel disease - You have had prior bowel surgery that would affect results Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
