This study is testing an accelerated form of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) — a non-invasive brain treatment using magnetic pulses — to help people experiencing depression during pregnancy or in the first year after giving birth. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 55 years old - You are between 14 and 34 weeks pregnant, OR within one year of delivery - You are experiencing significant depression symptoms - You have not found relief from standard treatments, or prefer a non-medication option **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are past 34 weeks of pregnancy (risk of not completing the study before delivery) - You have a metal implant in or near your head (such as a cochlear implant or certain surgical clips) - You have a history of epilepsy or seizures - You have bipolar disorder or psychosis - You are under 18 or over 55 Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
