This study is testing whether a heart procedure that combines closing off a small pouch in the heart (called the left atrial appendage) with a procedure to correct an irregular heartbeat (ablation) is safe and effective for people with a type of abnormal heart rhythm called atrial fibrillation. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (irregular heartbeat not caused by a heart valve problem) - You are already a candidate for both the WATCHMAN FLX device implant and atrial fibrillation ablation - Your heart anatomy is suitable for the WATCHMAN FLX device **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your atrial fibrillation is caused by a heart valve problem or other structural heart disease - You have a blood clot in your heart or a recent clotting event - You have a serious bleeding disorder or recent major bleeding - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have severe liver, kidney, or other serious illness - You are unlikely to complete follow-up visits Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
