This study is testing whether a type of imaging scan called PSMA PET/CT — typically used for prostate cancer — can also be useful for detecting and monitoring liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma, or HCC). **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (HCC) confirmed by biopsy or imaging, or you have known HCC and need imaging to check for recurrence - You are in reasonably good health (ECOG 0–2) and your liver function is at Child-Pugh A level - You are expected to live at least 6 months **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have an allergy to the imaging agent (PSMA-11) - You need emergency surgery for a bleeding liver tumor - You have had radioembolization in the last 3 months - You have serious heart disease or recently had major surgery - You have another active cancer (other than certain treated skin or cervical cancers) - You are pregnant or unwilling to use contraception after the scan Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
