Ultrasound-Guided Core Needle Biopsy to Stage Urothelial Carcinoma of the Bladder (US UCB)

This study is testing whether ultrasound-guided needle biopsy of the bladder (done just before the bladder is removed) can accurately determine how far bladder cancer has spread, which helps doctors plan surgery and further treatment. **You may be eligible if:** - You are scheduled to have your bladder removed (radical cystectomy) for confirmed or suspected bladder cancer - You have had prior abdominal imaging (such as CT scan) **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You have previously had a partial bladder removal or complex bladder reconstruction surgery Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
