A Study of Epcoritamab With Lenalidomide and Tafasitamab in People With Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

This study is testing a three-drug combination — epcoritamab, lenalidomide, and tafasitamab — for people with relapsed or treatment-resistant diffuse large B cell lymphoma (an aggressive blood cancer) who have already received multiple prior treatments. **You may be eligible if:** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with diffuse large B cell lymphoma, high-grade B cell lymphoma, transformed indolent lymphoma, primary mediastinal B cell lymphoma, or follicular lymphoma grade 3B - Your lymphoma is CD20-positive - You have received at least 2 prior lines of treatment, including CAR-T cell therapy or a stem cell transplant - You have had no more than 4 prior lines of treatment **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You have previously received tafasitamab or lenalidomide - You have active brain involvement of lymphoma - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have significant heart, liver, or kidney disease Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
