Intravesical Treatment of Bladder Cancer at Home, Multi-modal Treatment Support

This study is exploring whether a bladder cancer treatment — normally done in a hospital — could be safely done at home. It focuses on BCG therapy, a liquid drug placed directly into the bladder through a small tube. Researchers are also gathering input from healthcare providers and patients to develop better support tools. **You may be eligible if (Group 1 — past patients or clinicians):** - You are 18 or older - You completed bladder cancer treatment within the past year, OR you are a healthcare professional with at least 2 years of experience giving BCG therapy **You may be eligible if (Group 2 — new patients):** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with early-stage bladder cancer and have been prescribed BCG as your initial treatment **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You cannot give informed consent - You cannot have a catheter placed (e.g., due to a narrowed urethra) - You have had a previous serious reaction to BCG - You do not have access to a mobile phone - You cannot read or respond to written English Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
