Single-Arm Exploratory Study of PD-L1 Antibody Plus Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in Locally Advanced Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

This trial explores adding a PD-L1 immunotherapy drug to standard chemotherapy before surgery in patients with locally advanced head and neck squamous cell cancer (cancers of the mouth, throat, or voice box).
