This study is testing whether adding cadonilimab — a dual immunotherapy drug — to chemotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes for women with locally advanced cervical cancer that doctors believe can still be removed surgically. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman aged 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with cervical cancer at stage IB3, IIA2, IIB, or IIIC, confirmed by biopsy - Your cancer has not been treated with any prior chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery for this diagnosis - Your surgeon believes the cancer can be removed with radical surgery - Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are in acceptable range **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have received any prior treatment for this cervical cancer - Your overall health is too poor or your organ function is compromised - You have active autoimmune disease or are on long-term steroids Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
