Registry of Atrial Arrhythmia Ablation Procedures Using Pulsed Field Ablation in Poland

This is a registry study — not a treatment trial — that is collecting information about patients in Poland who undergo a procedure called pulsed field ablation (PFA) to treat irregular heart rhythms (atrial arrhythmias). PFA uses electrical pulses to destroy the heart tissue causing abnormal rhythms. The goal is to build a real-world database of how this procedure is used and what outcomes patients experience. **You may be eligible if:** - You are scheduled for a pulsed field ablation procedure for an atrial arrhythmia - You have provided informed consent to participate **You may NOT be eligible if:** - No specific exclusion criteria have been defined Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
