A Behavioral mHealth Intervention for People With HIV With Anxiety and Depression

This study is testing a mobile app-based behavioral health program designed specifically for people living with HIV who also experience anxiety and depression. Mental health conditions are common among people with HIV and often go untreated. The app delivers evidence-based coping strategies and mental health support directly to participants' phones, removing barriers like travel, cost, and stigma. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with HIV - You have at least mild anxiety symptoms (score of 5 or higher on the GAD-7 questionnaire) - You have at least mild depression symptoms (score of 5 or higher on the PHQ-8 questionnaire) - You own or have access to a smartphone **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are currently experiencing active psychosis — a serious mental health crisis involving losing touch with reality (such as hallucinations or delusions) - You have current suicidal thoughts or intent to harm yourself Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
