Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This study is testing a blood-filtering (adsorption) therapy during dialysis to remove inflammation-causing proteins like interleukin-6 (IL-6) and C-reactive protein (CRP) from people with kidney failure on hemodialysis, to see if it reduces inflammation and improves their health. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years or older - You are receiving standard hemodialysis three times a week (at least 4 hours per session) for kidney failure - Your dialysis is considered adequate (KT/V ≥ 1.4) - You have elevated inflammatory markers (IL-6 or CRP) - You do not have an active infection or inflammatory flare-up at enrollment **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have an active infection or ongoing inflammatory condition - You are not on a standard hemodialysis schedule - You are pregnant or have other conditions making participation unsafe Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.

Interventions

DEVICEPatients will undergo a combined hemodialysis and hemosorption procedure. The study cartridge for hemosorption by Jafron HA130 contains the original adsorbing material.

The test cartridge will be used in addition to the ongoing program hemodialysis three times a week in the first month, twice a week in the next month, once a week in the third month
