This study is examining how neoadjuvant chemotherapy (chemotherapy given before surgery) affects memory, thinking, and cognitive function in women with suspected ovarian cancer, to better understand what is sometimes called 'chemo brain.' **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years or older - You have been diagnosed with — or are suspected to have — epithelial ovarian cancer - You are scheduled to receive chemotherapy before surgery **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your biopsy later confirms a cancer type other than epithelial ovarian cancer (you would be removed from the study) - You have significant pre-existing cognitive impairment - You are not scheduled for neoadjuvant chemotherapy Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
