Prospective Validation of the Novel PVD-B65 Risk Score in Patients With Chronic Lung Disease and Pulmonary Hypertension

This study is validating a new risk-scoring tool called PVD-B65 for predicting outcomes in patients who have both chronic lung disease and high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary hypertension). Researchers want to confirm whether this score helps predict how patients will do over time. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with a chronic lung disease such as COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, ILD, or advanced sarcoidosis - You have been confirmed to have pre-capillary pulmonary hypertension through a right-heart catheterization procedure - You are able to attend follow-up visits and complete walking/exercise tests **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have pulmonary hypertension that is NOT related to lung disease (e.g., idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension or clot-related pulmonary hypertension) - You have a severe uncontrolled illness that affects life expectancy - You have had a lung or heart transplant Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
