The Possible Range of No.4sb Lymph Node Dissection of Locally Advanced Distal Gastric Cancer

This study is investigating the extent to which a specific group of lymph nodes (called No. 4sb lymph nodes, located near the stomach) needs to be removed during surgery for locally advanced gastric (stomach) cancer. It aims to determine whether removing these nodes improves outcomes or adds unnecessary risk. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 75 years old - You have been diagnosed with gastric cancer confirmed by pathology - Your cancer stage is T2-4aN (any N) M0 (no distant spread) - You are scheduled for a radical gastrectomy (D2, R0 surgery with removal of at least 16 lymph nodes) - You have not received prior chemotherapy or radiation therapy - Your general health allows you to tolerate abdominal surgery **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - Your cancer has spread to distant organs - You have had prior chemotherapy or radiation for this cancer - You have serious other health conditions preventing surgery Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
