This is an observational registry study looking at the medical records of patients who have been diagnosed with Takayasu's arteritis (a rare inflammatory disease of the large blood vessels) that involves the pulmonary arteries (blood vessels of the lungs). Researchers want to understand the clinical features and long-term outcomes of this specific form of the disease. **You may be eligible if...** - You were hospitalized between January 2016 and December 2026 - You have been diagnosed with Takayasu's arteritis according to established medical criteria - Imaging confirmed involvement of the pulmonary arteries **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your pulmonary artery disease is caused by another condition, such as a different type of vasculitis, a tumor, sarcoidosis, or chronic blood clots Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
