This study is testing a system that automatically adjusts oxygen levels delivered through nasal high-flow therapy in hospitalized COPD patients, rather than requiring manual nurse adjustments. The goal is to keep oxygen levels in the ideal range more consistently and reduce complications. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 22 or older - You are hospitalized with low oxygen levels or breathing difficulties - You have a confirmed COPD diagnosis - Your doctor has prescribed nasal high-flow oxygen therapy (at a flow rate of at least 25 L/min) - You are expected to need oxygen therapy for more than 24 hours **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are receiving or need non-invasive ventilation (like a CPAP or BiPAP mask) - Your blood pressure is dangerously low or you need vasopressors - You are receiving end-of-life care - You have nose or face conditions preventing nasal high-flow use - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have significant cognitive impairment Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
