Building on Trust: Navigating Preventive Lung, Breast, and Prostate Cancer Screenings at Community Resource Spots

This study is testing whether a navigation program can help people who screen positive for lung, breast, or prostate cancer get timely follow-up care. It takes place at community resource spots and emergency departments in underserved communities. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older and seeking care at a participating community site or emergency department - You meet criteria for cancer screening: lung cancer (age 50–80, 20+ pack-year smoking history, current or quit within 15 years), breast cancer (women age 40–74), or prostate cancer (men age 55–69) - You have received a positive or abnormal screening result for one of these cancers **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not meet the age and risk criteria for any of the three cancer screening programs - You did not receive a positive screening result - You are not seeking care at one of the participating locations Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
