This study is building a registry — a large database — of patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). CTEPH is a condition where old blood clots block the arteries in the lungs, causing high blood pressure in those arteries. Researchers want to track how patients with this condition do over time. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with CTEPH **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have high blood pressure in your lungs caused by something other than old blood clots (a different type of pulmonary hypertension) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.

This summary was AI-generated to explain the trial in plain language. It is not medical advice. Always discuss eligibility with your doctor before enrolling in a clinical trial.
