Virtual Reality on Balance of Parkinson's Disease

This study is testing whether virtual reality (VR) training can improve balance and reduce falls in people with Parkinson's disease by providing immersive balance and movement exercises in a virtual environment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 55 and 90 years old - You have Parkinson's disease confirmed by a neurologist - Your disease is rated between stage 1 and 4 on the Hoehn and Yahr scale (mild to moderately severe) - You score 24 or higher on a standard cognitive test (able to follow instructions) - You are able to stand upright without help **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have significant vision or hearing problems that would interfere with VR - You have muscle or joint conditions that prevent safe standing - You have a history of seizures triggered by visual stimuli or flashing lights - You have deep brain stimulation (DBS) implants - You have severe dementia Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
