This study is testing whether combining lung cancer screening (a low-dose CT scan) with a smartphone-based program to help people quit smoking is more effective than screening alone. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 50 and 74 years old - You are a current smoker (smoked in the last two weeks) - You have smoked heavily for many years (e.g., at least 15 cigarettes a day for 25+ years, or 10 cigarettes a day for 30+ years) - You own a smartphone (iPhone or Android) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have or have had melanoma, lung, kidney, or breast cancer - You had a chest CT scan within the past year - You have a psychiatric or substance abuse condition that could affect your participation - You do not have access to a smartphone Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
