This study tests whether an intelligent digital tool (a smart diagnostic and treatment system) can help people with insomnia sleep better, and whether it is cost-effective compared to usual care. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with insomnia (a sleep disorder) - You are able to complete questionnaires and follow-up assessments **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You currently use stimulant medications (such as those for ADHD) - You use certain other medications, including painkillers containing theophylline or steroids - You drink alcohol regularly or have a problem with alcohol - You have been diagnosed with another sleep disorder such as sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, or REM sleep behavior disorder - Your sleep problems are caused by another medical condition such as epilepsy, diabetes, or kidney failure Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
