This study is testing whether people who would normally need to be admitted to a hospital for an acute psychiatric condition can instead receive that same level of care safely at home, through a program called Brigham Health at Home (BHH) in Boston, Massachusetts. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years old or older - You live within 10 miles of Brigham and Women's Hospital or Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital - The medical team determines you can be safely managed at home with the in-home monitoring and clinical support provided - If caregiver support is needed, a caregiver is available and willing **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You require a level of psychiatric care or safety monitoring that cannot be provided at home - You live outside the 10-mile geographic area - You do not agree to the program's terms, including home visits and remote monitoring Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
