Phase 1 Study of JV-394 Autologous Anti-CD94 CAR T for r/r CD94+ T/NK Cell Neoplasms

This is an early-phase safety study of a new cell therapy called JV-394 — a personalized treatment made from the patient's own immune cells (CAR T cells) — for people with rare and aggressive T-cell or natural killer (NK) cell blood cancers that have come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years of age or older - You have been diagnosed with a T-cell or NK-cell cancer confirmed by a pathologist - Your cancer has returned or stopped responding to at least one prior treatment - At least 50% of your cancer cells test positive for a protein called CD94 - You have reasonably good physical functioning (ECOG score of 0 or 1) - You have at least one measurable area of disease **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cancer is stable and well-controlled on current treatment - You have severe organ problems (heart, kidney, liver, or bone marrow) - You have active autoimmune disease requiring ongoing treatment - You received another cancer treatment within the past 2 weeks (or 5 half-lives of the drug) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
