This trial is comparing two different hormone stimulation protocols — PPOS (progestin-primed ovarian stimulation) versus the standard antagonist protocol — to see which leads to better IVF outcomes in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). PCOS affects ovulation and is a common cause of infertility. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman aged 18 to 40 - You have been diagnosed with PCOS using the Rotterdam criteria (irregular periods, elevated androgen levels, and/or polycystic ovaries on ultrasound) - You are scheduled for IVF treatment, either due to PCOS alone or combined with other infertility factors - Your partner has normal or mildly abnormal sperm **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have uterine abnormalities (such as fibroids distorting the cavity or congenital malformations) - You have a history of ovarian surgery - You have poor ovarian reserve - You have had previous IVF cycles that resulted in poor response - You have other serious health conditions Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
