Optimal Mammography View Sequencing in Women With a History of Breast Cancer Undergoing Surveillance Mammography

This study is looking at the best order in which to take X-ray images (mammography views) during routine follow-up mammograms for women who have previously had breast cancer treated with lumpectomy (breast-conserving surgery). The goal is to find the sequence that gives radiologists the best diagnostic information. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman aged 18 or older - You previously had breast cancer treated with breast-conserving surgery (wide local excision, not full mastectomy) - You are coming in for your first annual surveillance mammogram after completing surgery and radiotherapy - It has been 5 years or less since your breast cancer treatment ended - You are able and willing to give consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are male - You are under 18 - You had a full mastectomy - You had surgery on both breasts (bilateral wide local excision) - It has been more than 5 years since your breast cancer treatment - You lack the capacity to consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
