This study is analyzing tumor tissue samples from women with advanced ovarian cancer who previously participated in chemotherapy trials, to identify molecular markers that predict how well patients respond to platinum and taxol-based chemotherapy. **You may be eligible if...** - You were previously diagnosed with Stage III or IV ovarian cancer - You were enrolled in a Gynecologic Oncology Group (GOG) front-line chemotherapy trial (GOG-0114, GOG-132, GOG-0158, or GOG-0162) and the related GOG-0136 study - Tumor tissue from your primary surgery is available in preserved (paraffin-embedded) form - Demographic data and follow-up information were collected at the time of your original trial **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You do not have preserved tumor tissue available from your original surgery - Adequate follow-up data was not collected during your original trial Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
