Functional and Structural Imaging for Glaucoma

This study is using both structural scans (like photos of the eye's structure) and functional tests (measuring how well the eye responds to light) to better detect and monitor glaucoma, a condition that damages the nerve at the back of the eye and can cause vision loss. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with glaucoma or are suspected of having it based on elevated eye pressure or suspicious scans - You are between 40 and 80 years old - You have had a stable eye prescription (within a certain range) and healthy eyes aside from glaucoma - You are willing to attend multiple follow-up visits over several years **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have significant eye diseases other than glaucoma (such as macular degeneration or diabetic eye disease) - You have had major eye surgery other than cataract surgery - You have a medical condition that makes it difficult to complete the required eye tests - You are unable to provide reliable test results due to cognitive or physical limitations Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
