This is a patient registry (a database that collects health information over time) at Seoul National University for people with chronic airway diseases — including COPD (a lung disease typically caused by smoking), asthma, or a combination of both — to better understand how these conditions progress. **You may be eligible if...** - You have COPD: confirmed by a breathing test showing reduced airflow after using a bronchodilator, plus ongoing respiratory symptoms - You have asthma: you have never smoked heavily (less than 5 pack-years), you have recurring asthma symptoms like wheezing or chest tightness, and you have a positive test for airway reactivity - You have features of both COPD and asthma (sometimes called ACOS) **You may NOT be eligible if...** - The criteria above do not apply to your condition Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
