Neonatal Neurologic Intensive Care Network of China

This Chinese registry study collects data and biological samples from newborns with neurological conditions — such as birth-related brain injury, bleeding in the brain, infections, or birth defects — to help researchers understand and improve treatment of neonatal neurological disorders. You may be eligible if: - Your baby is 28 days old or younger - Your baby has one of the listed neurological conditions (e.g., hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, hydrocephalus, neonatal seizures, meningitis, brain bleeds, or congenital brain malformations) - A parent or guardian provides written consent You may NOT be eligible if: - Your baby has other major birth defects not related to neurology - Biological samples cannot be collected or are insufficient - Parents refuse consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
