This study builds a collection (biobank) of blood and tissue samples from people with calciphylaxis — a rare and serious condition where calcium deposits form in small blood vessels beneath the skin, causing painful, non-healing wounds — to help researchers better understand this poorly understood disease and develop new treatments. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - A treating physician has assessed your skin lesions and determined they are consistent with a calciphylaxis diagnosis - You are able to provide informed consent, or a legal representative can consent on your behalf if you have difficulty making decisions **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are under 18 years old - You are currently incarcerated (a prisoner) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
