Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Diagnosing Osteoradionecrosis in Patients With Head and Neck Cancer That Is Primary, Has Come Back, or Has Spread to Other Places in the Body

This study is testing a special type of MRI scan (called DCE-MRI) to see if it can detect a painful condition called osteoradionecrosis — bone damage caused by radiation therapy — in patients who have been treated for head and neck cancer. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with a head or neck cancer (confirmed by biopsy) - You have already received external beam radiation therapy to the head or neck area, with or without chemotherapy - Your overall health and functioning are good (ECOG score 0-2) - You are willing to follow the study schedule for the full duration **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have not had external beam radiation therapy for head and neck cancer - Your health is too poor for the required procedures - You are unable to complete MRI scans (e.g., due to metallic implants) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
