Conditions
Summary
Bio-repository to collect bio-specimens from patients with 1) pancreatic cysts and 2) patients at high risk, defined by family history and/or genetic mutations, for pancreatic cancer.
Eligibility
Min Age: 18 Years
Plain Language Summary
Simplified for easier understanding
This study is collecting blood and tissue samples from people at high risk for pancreatic cancer to build a biological sample library (biorepository) that researchers can use to develop better methods for early detection.
**You may be eligible if...**
- You are over 18 years old and have a cyst in your pancreas found on imaging
- OR you are over 18 and are considered at high risk for pancreatic cancer (due to family history or genetic factors)
**You may NOT be eligible if...**
- You are unable to provide informed consent
- You are unwilling to provide blood or tissue samples
