This is an Austrian registry study collecting long-term data on patients who have received or are expected to receive a TIPS procedure — a way of creating a bypass inside the liver to relieve dangerous high blood pressure in the liver's blood vessels. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 99 years old - You have high blood pressure in the veins around your liver (portal hypertension) - You have had or are expected to have a TIPS procedure (a special stent placed in the liver) - You are willing to provide informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You withdraw your consent to participate Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
