Spa Therapy for Upper or Lower Limb Lymphoedema

This study tests whether a 3-week spa therapy program (a specialized treatment program including water therapy and physical treatments) can reduce swelling and improve quality of life in people with chronic lymphoedema — a condition where fluid builds up and causes persistent swelling in an arm or leg. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years or older - You have permanent lymphoedema in an arm or leg (stage 2 or 3 on the International Lymphology scale, meaning moderate to severe swelling) - You are available to attend an 18-day spa treatment program and follow-up over 15 months - You have social security or equivalent health coverage - You are willing to sign the consent form **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are currently receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy for active cancer - Your quality-of-life scores related to lymphoedema are already very high (above 79 on the LMS27 or LYMQOL-LEG scales) - You have specific upper limb pain conditions that would interfere with treatment Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
