CONFIRM: Magnetic Resonance Guided Radiation Therapy

This study is evaluating MRI-guided radiation therapy — a technology that uses real-time MRI imaging during radiation treatment to precisely target tumors and avoid nearby healthy tissue. The trial is open to patients with many different types of cancer who need radiation therapy. **You may be eligible if:** - You have a confirmed cancer that requires radiation treatment - You are 18 years or older - You are in reasonably good health (ECOG performance status 0–2) - You are willing and able to sign informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if:** - You have had a severe allergic reaction to gadolinium-based MRI contrast dye (only relevant if contrast will be used) - You have severe claustrophobia or significant anxiety that prevents MRI scanning - You are physically unable to undergo MRI (e.g., due to implanted metal devices or pacemakers) Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
