This study is evaluating and refining the surgical and radiation treatment approach for inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) — one of the most aggressive forms of breast cancer, characterized by rapid-onset redness, swelling, and skin changes affecting the breast. It is a registry study to collect data and improve treatment protocols. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman aged 18 or older - You have been diagnosed with Stage III inflammatory breast cancer - Your diagnosis meets all IBC criteria: symptoms started within 6 months, your breast shows redness/swelling/warmth covering at least one-third of the breast, and a biopsy confirmed invasive cancer - Your general health is acceptable (ECOG ≤ 2) - You have not yet started any cancer treatment before enrolling **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have already started pre-surgery chemotherapy or other treatment before registering - Your cancer has spread to distant organs (Stage IV) - You have cancer in the other armpit lymph nodes Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
