Remediation Program Via a "Serious Game" for the Cognitive Functions of Multiple Sclerosis Patients

This study tests whether a brain-training computer game (called a "serious game") can improve thinking and memory problems (cognitive difficulties) in adults with multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants play the game online at home over several weeks. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 65 years old - You have relapsing-remitting or progressive MS (diagnosed using McDonald's criteria) - You have noticed memory or thinking problems, confirmed by neuropsychological testing - You have not had a relapse in the past 6 weeks - You have access to the internet at home - You are not taking antipsychotic medications **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your cognitive difficulties are severe (failing many different cognitive tests) - You are currently in neuropsychological therapy - You had a steroid treatment less than 4 weeks ago - You are not able to use a computer or internet Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
