This study tests whether using optical coherence tomography (OCT) — a type of detailed skin imaging — to guide laser treatment of basal cell carcinoma (a common skin cancer) improves treatment outcomes by helping the doctor see exactly how far the cancer extends. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You have a basal cell carcinoma (BCC) that has already been confirmed by a prior biopsy - You are scheduled for treatment of this BCC - You or your legal guardian can understand and follow study instructions **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your BCC is large (greater than 2.5 cm) or requires surgical excision - You have a BCC in a high-risk location (like the nose, eyelids, or ears) where laser therapy is not appropriate - You have a known allergy to the treatment materials used - You are immunocompromised Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
