Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This study collects genetic and health information from people who developed dementia at a relatively young age, along with their family members and healthy volunteers, to better understand the genetic causes of early-onset dementia. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 years or older - You have been diagnosed with dementia, OR you are a family member of someone with dementia, OR you are a healthy adult without dementia who serves as a control **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have another condition that could explain cognitive symptoms, such as Huntington's disease, traumatic brain injury, schizophrenia, or active alcohol or drug misuse — unless you are a family member of someone with dementia Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
