Circuitry-Guided Smoking Cessation in Schizophrenia (UH3)

This study develops and tests a personalized brain-circuit-guided approach to help people with schizophrenia quit smoking, combining brain imaging findings with established smoking cessation treatments. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 22–65 years old - You have a diagnosis of schizophrenia or a related condition - You have smoked for at least one year and smoke at least 5 cigarettes per day - You have the capacity to give informed consent (assessed by a standard tool) - You are currently under the care of a licensed mental health or primary care provider **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are not currently smoking - You do not have a schizophrenia-spectrum disorder - You lack a local support person or reliable contact - You do not have capacity to consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
