Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This is a national database study in China that tracks patients diagnosed with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) — a serious condition where old blood clots in the lungs cause permanent high blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries. The registry aims to better understand this disease, its treatments, and long-term outcomes. **You may be eligible if...** - You have been diagnosed with CTEPH, confirmed by right heart catheterization and imaging showing clots in the pulmonary arteries after at least 3 months of anticoagulation therapy - You are willing to provide informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your pulmonary hypertension is caused by something other than CTEPH - You are enrolled in a clinical trial with an experimental drug - You refuse to provide informed consent Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
