Study of Camrelizumab Plus Apatinib and Chemotherapy as Neoadjuvant Therapy in Participants With Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)

This study is testing a combination of camrelizumab (an immunotherapy), apatinib (a targeted drug), and chemotherapy given before surgery (neoadjuvant treatment) in women with triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) — a type of breast cancer that lacks the three most common receptors — to see if it can shrink the tumor before surgery. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old - You have been newly diagnosed with stage II or III triple negative breast cancer (confirmed by biopsy) - You have not received any prior cancer treatment in the past 12 months - Your overall health and organ function are adequate - You have at least one measurable tumor **You may NOT be eligible if...** - Your breast cancer has spread to other parts of the body (stage IV) - You have bilateral (both breasts) or inflammatory breast cancer - You are pregnant or breastfeeding - You have a significant autoimmune disease Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
