Plain Language Summary

Simplified for easier understanding

This study is evaluating whether ultrasound guidance during brain surgery can improve the accuracy of tumor or lesion removal. Since the brain can shift slightly during an operation, real-time ultrasound imaging may help surgeons stay precisely on target even after the initial scan-based navigation becomes less accurate. **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 to 100 years old - You are scheduled for brain surgery for a tumor, cavernous malformation, abnormal blood vessel (AVM), or brain bleed - Your condition is located in the upper part of the brain (supratentorial) - You are a new patient (not previously treated with brain radiation) - Your vital signs are stable **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are experiencing rapid, life-threatening brain herniation requiring immediate emergency intervention - You have previously received brain radiation therapy Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
