This study is comparing two robotic surgical techniques for removing part of a kidney in people with complex kidney tumors. One approach uses 3D image guidance during surgery; the other is the standard robotic approach. Researchers want to see if 3D imaging improves surgical accuracy and outcomes. **You may be eligible if...** - You are over 18 - You need a partial kidney removal (partial nephrectomy) for a suspected kidney tumor - Your tumor is moderately or highly complex on imaging (RENAL Nephrometry Score above 7) - A robotic surgical system is available at your hospital - You are covered by French social security or equivalent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have medical reasons preventing robotic kidney surgery - You have significant kidney insufficiency or allergy to iodine contrast dye - You are a legally protected person under French health law Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
