This is a long-term study in Shanghai following family members of people who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease (AD). Because first-degree relatives have a higher risk of developing AD, researchers want to study them over time to better understand how the disease develops and what early warning signs look like. **You may be eligible if...** - You are a parent, child, or sibling of someone diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease - You do not currently have Alzheimer's disease yourself - You are willing to be followed over many years **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You already have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia - You have a serious medical condition that would make participation difficult - You are not a first-degree relative of someone with Alzheimer's disease Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
