Doppler Findings in the Fetal Cerebral Blood Vessels (VA/MCA) Within 24 Hours Before Delivery and Relation With Perinatal Outcome.

This study measures blood flow patterns in the baby's brain blood vessels using a Doppler ultrasound scan performed within 24 hours before delivery. Researchers want to find out if these measurements can predict complications during birth, helping doctors better identify babies at risk so they can intervene earlier. You may be eligible if: - You are 18 years or older and pregnant - You are carrying a single baby in a head-down position at 37-42 weeks - Your baby is growing normally and has no known chromosomal or serious structural problems - You are admitted in early spontaneous or induced labor with delivery expected within 24 hours You may NOT be eligible if: - You are already in advanced labor (more than 4cm dilated) when admitted - You have a serious pre-existing medical condition like uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe pre-eclampsia, or uncontrolled diabetes - Your waters have broken with meconium-stained fluid - Your baby has already passed away Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
